Essential Care

Brushing

Brush your teeth at least twice daily. This will help in preventing tooth decay and gum disease. (Gum disease is the major causes of tooth loss.)

Make sure you use a soft-bristle brush and an ADA accepted fluoride toothpaste to rid your teeth of food particles and plaque. You should replace your brush every two to three months.

Flossing

Floss daily to remove plaque and food particles between each tooth and below your gumline.
